You see me being a Seventh Day Adventist person is the organized religion that I belong to, its how I choose to live my life what I eat, do, see, walk, talk etc. Jesus is whom I follow and worship. Practicing the SDA doctrines help me live a balanced, spiritual, Holy Life. Adventism is what I practice not who I follow. The problem with people today is that they expect you to be the perfect Adventist member. Instead of being a Christlike person. You see I know what my faith is, my bible, my doctrines, I’m a vegetarian, community service, AY leader, Sabbath loving, Haystacks eating, veggie loaf, campaign collecting, message magazine, bible school, evangelistic, SDA educated woman. And this is great, but this won’t get me into heaven, not even close. Loving my enemies, empathy, love, understanding of others, patient, non angry, faithful, bible reading, praying, fasting and having a daily relationship is what will help me entering through those pearly gates. My daily goal is not to be a Good Seventh Day Adventist, but instead being a good Christian a follower of Jesus, so we’re ever I stand people see Jesus in me not my religious affiliation.
